Returns are at the expense of the customer. We highly recommend providing tracking number on your parcel so that you may accurately locate your return. Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department.
Parcels may be opened to test items purchased, but the testing of the items may not go beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product packaging. Any protective films applied to the product should only be removed where strictly necessary to test it.
Once your return is received and inspected and you do not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Taxes are nonrefundable.
In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty or with production failure, a replacement will be given. KOMONO will reimburse you on receipt of a postage receipt for the return shipping cost upon assessment and will also pay the shipping costs for the replacement item.

For US/CANADA, all Komono products have a 1 year premium warranty. For rest of the world, all Komono products have a 2 year premium warranty. The warranty covers production faults but does not include wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.
