Position – Your future role at KOMONO
For our headquarters in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, we are looking for a highly motivated and punctual Commercial Support Coordinator & Data Analyst who will play a key role in the development of the KOMONO Sales Support Team and in the analysis of the expansion and strategies.
In the first section of the job, you will manage the relationships with our partners and key accounts all over the world in order to facilitate and consolidate the rapid growth. You will do this in close collaboration with the Agents, Sales Managers and Commercial Support & Customer Service Manager, who you will also be reporting to. You will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with our distribution partners, retailers, agents and sales managers. You will follow up on orders and shipments to ensure that all operations with our partners run smoothly, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
As a second component, your job will be to improve Customer Service Team Procedures by analyzing processes, collect data and train team members. Only by doing the first mentioned operational part of the job, it will be possible to understand and improve the procedures of the team. Efficiency is key, so we expect you to develop targeted procedures and reports to give more power to the turnover and sales. As a process analyst you will get to know our company inside and out. You make sure that you fully master our ERP system and internal processes.
