Campaign Projectmanager

KOMONO is looking for a passionate project manager to join our marketing team, based in Antwerp, Belgium reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Role and responsibilities

You will be responsible for tying together all the communications to ensure building consistent brand campaigns. You keep at all times an overview of the various projects, determine the priorities and tune new initiatives in function of the business strategy. You report to the Marketing Manager.

Brand communications:

  • You will be responsible for the follow up of the yearly brand communication plan.
  • You help ensure the effective implementation of the long-term brand and communication strategy across content, campaigns, markets and platforms.

Content creation:

  • You project manage the creative agency and freelancers from briefing to production and implementation in order to successfully implement integrated campaigns.
  • You brief and project manage our internal graphical team.

Campaign Management:

Together with the brand marketing team and in collaboration with your peers (digital marketeer, trade marketeer) you are responsible for KOMONO’s paid media and the development of impactful multi-channel campaigns in line with the business strategy.

  • You lead the development & roll-out of integrated B2C campaigns and support key initiatives for KOMONO.
  • You work closely with the Trade Marketeer:
    • Together with the head of sales and trade marketeer you translate the yearly communication plan to instore excellence.
    • Ensure best-in-class execution of in-store POS materials and other retail requirements supporting the brand strategy.
  • You partner with our digital media team to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Report quarterly on campaign and communication highlights.

About you

  • You are an organizational talent, even in chaos you find structure.
  • You’re a strong communicator and n engaging team collaborator.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, etc. or equivalent through experience.
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and a creative mindset.
  • You are a digital native or have strong affinity with digital marketing.
